Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Manager to oversee all laundry operations for our growing property management company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily laundry production, supervising staff, maintaining strict organization of owner-specific linens, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can lead a team while maintaining accuracy and accountability. Previous experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Oversee all laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Ensure strict separation and tracking of linens by property/owner (linens must never be mixed) Supervise, train, and schedule laundry staff to maintain efficient workflow and productivity Implement and maintain systems for labeling, sorting, and storing linens by property Monitor inventory levels for each property, including linens, towels, and supplies Conduct regular inventory counts and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies Maintain quality control standards to ensure all linens meet cleanliness and presentation expectations Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure timely turnaround of linens Oversee proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment; report any issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in laundry operations, housekeeping management, or a similar role is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple properties and keep inventory accurately separated Experience with inventory tracking systems or processes preferred Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and best practices ( or willingness to learn ) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. This position may include performance-based considerations depending on workload and responsibilities. Paid time off of 40 hours after first year of working in the company.
