Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs, ensuring a positive experience. Operate and monitor laundry machines, including washers and dryers, to ensure proper functioning. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundromat, including folding areas and seating spaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling procedures; perform cashiering duties as needed. Provide basic troubleshooting for equipment issues and notify management of maintenance needs. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers. Keep detailed records of transactions, machine usage, and cleaning schedules to ensure operational efficiency. Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are key. Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of laundry processes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with cleaning routines to uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the facility. Ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting laundry baskets and standing for extended periods.
