Day shift with flexibility | Occasional weekends & on-call rotation Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial commercial laundry equipment in a high‑volume industrial facility. This role also supports facility maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in industrial maintenance,mechanical maintenance, HVAC, automotive mechanics, manufacturing maintenance, or equipment repair. Paid training is available for candidates transitioning from related industries. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on commercial laundry equipment Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems Troubleshoot electrical (AC/DC), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems Reduce equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and repair Perform facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams Order parts, tools, and supplies necessary for equipment repairs Follow all OSHA safety standards, company safety procedures, and PPE requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in: Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Equipment Repair Manufacturing or Facility Maintenance Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic tools Basic computer skills for CMMS, work orders, and documentation Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills Preferred Experience Commercial or industrial laundry equipment maintenance Experience as a: Maintenance Mechanic Industrial Maintenance Technician Mechanical Technician Facilities Maintenance Technician Background in HVAC, automotive repair, manufacturing maintenance, or industrial services Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching Ability to work in industrial environments with heat, humidity, noise, and machinery Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $20-$28/hour (Based on Experience) Ongoing technical training and skill development Career advancement opportunities into Senior Maintenance Technician or Supervisor roles Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees
