South Florida & North Florida (various homes) Part-time / Flexible Scheduling About The Modern Mom The Modern Mom is a fast-growing home management company that helps busy families stay organized, stress-free, and in control of their homes. We are more than a cleaning service—we manage homes and create systems so families can enjoy their space without the daily overwhelm. About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Home Management Assistant to support our weekly laundry and home reset services. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and functional home for our clients on a consistent weekly basis. Responsibilities Fold, and put away laundry Make beds and reset bedrooms Tidy and organize common areas such fridge and linen closet Maintain kitchen cleanliness (dishes, counters, light reset) Refresh entryways and living spaces Keep closets and drawers neat and functional Follow structured systems provided by The Modern Mom What This Job Is Consistent weekly clients Structured systems and expectations Positive, respectful home environments What This Job Is NOT Deep cleaning service One-time chaotic jobs Heavy scrubbing or construction cleaning What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently Comfortable working in client homes Takes pride in creating calm, organized spaces
Position Details Pay:
$20/hour Typical shifts: 2-5 hours per home Flexible scheduling Opportunity for consistent weekly hours
