Beachside Vacation Rentals | Cocoa Beach, FL About Beachside VR Beachside Vacation Rentals is a fast-growing vacation rental management company serving Florida's Space Coast. We manage hundreds of vacation homes and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both our guests and homeowners. Behind every great guest stay is a clean, organized operation, and our laundry team plays a huge role in making that happen. Position Summary BeachsideVR is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team in Cocoa Beach. This position is responsible for processing, organizing, and preparing linens used throughout our vacation rental portfolio. The ideal candidate takes pride in staying organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands that clean, well-prepared linens are an important part of the guest experience. Schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Consistent weekly schedule at our laundry facility in Cocoa Beach Holidays may be required based on business needs Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour 1 week paid time off (PTO) Growth opportunities within Beachside VR Responsibilities Laundry Operations Sort, wash, dry, fold, and prepare linens for vacation rental homes Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear Maintain quality standards for all linens and towels Organization & Inventory Maintain an organized linen inventory by sorting and storing items according to size and linen type , ensuring products are easy to locate and ready for distribution to homes Keep the laundry facility clean, organized, and running efficiently Ensure linens are properly staged and ready for delivery to homes Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items Assist with linen organization and storage management Qualifications Ability to lift and move laundry bags, linen carts, and supplies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift Previous laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Beachside VR?
