Job Description:

As a Laundry Attendant at The Laundry Hub Corporation, you will play an essential role in assisting customers with their laundry needs while maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our facility. You will be responsible for operating washers and dryers, folding clothes for drop-off customers, and managing point-of-sale transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with their laundry service needs. Operate washers and dryers according to company guidelines. Fold and organize clothes for drop-off customers. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the laundry area. Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain excellent customer service at all times, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Monitor laundry machines and equipment for proper functionality and report any issues. Assist with general duties and tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment; training will be provided. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when folding clothes and processing transactions. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor for interacting with customers. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Proximity to the location is preferred for ease of commute and punctuality. Spanish is a plus

Schedule:
