Must have experience pressing pants, shirts, jackets, dresses, and finished garments in a dry cleaning or laundry plant. We need someone who takes pride in quality work and can produce garments that are customer-ready the first time, everytime. In this vital role, you will expertly press and finish garments and linens to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your energetic approach will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers, creating welcoming and polished garments. Duties Operate pressing machines and finishing equipment to expertly press garments, linens, and delicate fabrics that were dry-cleaned or laundered. Inspect items for stains, damages, or irregularities before pressing, ensuring quality control. Follow specific instructions for different fabric types and garment finishes to achieve optimal results. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assist with basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and preparing items for delivery or storage. Provide friendly customer service to customer inquiries about garment care or completion times. Working with the production team to meet daily deadlines Ensure the highest quality standards on completed garments. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel laundry services or dry cleaning. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Familiarity with cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance is a plus.
