In this lively role, you'll assist customers with their laundry needs, operate and maintain washers and dryers, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the space. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with laundry services, including instructions on machine use if needed Operate laundry equipment efficiently, ensuring machines are functioning properly and reporting any maintenance issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat by sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing supplies regularly Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling procedures, including cashiering and giving change Monitor machines for safety and proper operation, troubleshooting minor issues when possible Restock supplies such as detergent, fabric softener, and cleaning products to ensure customer convenience Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive experience for all visitors Experience Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently Familiarity with cleaning routines and equipment operation is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending or lifting moderate loads Experience with dry cleaning or laundry services can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic environment where your energy makes a difference!
