The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundromat, and ensure the proper functioning of laundry equipment. The Laundry Attendant will assist customers using the laundry machines, handle cash transactions, and address customer inquiries or concerns. Laundromat attendants will also be responsible for processing and completing Wash, Dry, and Fold orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the laundromat and provide assistance as needed. Assist customers with washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment. Weigh in customer drop-off orders that must be washed, dried, and folded. Attendants will process the order on a digital point-of-sale system and then complete it by following the necessary steps per order. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundromat, including regularly cleaning machines, floors, and other surfaces. Inspect laundry for stains or damage and inform customers of any special care instructions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints politely and professionally. Enforce laundromat rules and regulations to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all customers. Perform routine maintenance tasks on laundry equipment, such as cleaning lint traps and filters. Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and notify management as needed. Monitor laundry machines to ensure they function correctly and promptly address technical issues or malfunctions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with operating laundry equipment and handling cash transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads. Basic knowledge of laundry care techniques and fabrics is a plus. We are currently hiring for the night and morning shifts only!

Night Shift:

7:15 PM - 1:00

AM Morning Shift:
