Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, maintaining spotless linens, towels, and uniforms, and supporting the overall cleanliness of our facility. Duties Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special-care garments as needed Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly cleaning machines, work surfaces, and storage spaces Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and operating machinery to ensure a safe work environment Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock is low Support overall hotel cleanliness by participating in general cleaning duties when required Skills Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping preferred Strong knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning processes Excellent attention to detail to ensure all linens are spotless and properly maintained Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Good organizational skills to manage multiple loads and tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness!
