Duties Operate commercial laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing efficiently and safely Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling Perform dry cleaning and stain removal procedures on delicate or heavily soiled items as needed Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by organizing supplies, cleaning machines, and adhering to safety standards Inspect laundry for quality control, ensuring all items are spotless, pressed, and properly stored or delivered Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying supervisors when stock is low Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel by participating in cleaning tasks when required Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy laundry carts or bins Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic understanding of safety procedures related to laundry equipment and chemical handling Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction!
