Laundry Aide

Duties Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and specialty cleaning equipment with precision and care Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, clothing, and other textiles according to established procedures Perform routine cleaning of laundry areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace Handle special cleaning requests including dry cleaning or stain removal when necessary Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors when restocking is needed Support overall cleanliness efforts in resident rooms or common areas through light cleaning tasks Skills Proven experience with laundry operations or cleaning services preferred Knowledge of various laundry techniques including dry cleaning is a plus Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and properly handled Ability to follow safety protocols related to chemical use and equipment operation Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to requests Prior hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly contribute to creating a hygienic and inviting space for residents.
