Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and presses efficiently to process linens, towels, and guest clothing. Sort laundry items based on fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal care. Perform cleaning tasks including spot removal, stain treatment, and proper folding of all linens and garments. Manage dry cleaning processes for delicate or special-care items following established procedures. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, ensuring equipment is sanitized and organized at all times. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage during laundry operations. Requirements Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, including washing, drying, pressing, and dry cleaning techniques. Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as required.
