Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dry Cleaning Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our clients looking sharp! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dry cleaning and laundry services, ensuring garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned to customers in pristine condition. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service will shine through as you create a welcoming environment for every guest. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, customer interaction, and operational procedures within a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Duties Receive and process garments for dry cleaning, laundry, and pressing with precision and care Operate dry cleaning machines, presses, and other equipment safely and efficiently Inspect clothing items for stains, damages, or special instructions to ensure quality standards are met Provide friendly and professional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and garment pick-up/drop-off Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold health and safety standards Follow proper procedures for sorting, tagging, and tracking garments throughout the cleaning process Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with dry cleaning techniques, laundry processes, or cleaning services is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred but not required Willingness to learn new skills related to garment care and operational procedures Join us to deliver outstanding service while honing your skills in a lively environment that values dedication and professionalism.
