Full Job Description Description:

As a Laundry Attendant at Hotel 43, you'll be essential to our behind-the-scenes success by keeping linens fresh, clean, and ready to support a happy guest experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and separate soiled linens and terry into designated containers for proper processing. Operate commercial washers, dryers, ironers, and folding equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality linen output. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with hotel safety and cleanliness guidelines. Promptly report malfunctioning equipment, low inventory of supplies, and damaged linens to a supervisor to help ensure smooth laundry operations. Support team efficiency through effective time management and attention to operational details. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Prior laundry experience preferred but not required. Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and follow verbal instructions. Competence in operating industrial laundry equipment safely and effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to operate machinery such as a washing machine and dryer. Frequent bending during tasks such as loading/unloading machines and folding linens. Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time. Comfortable working in a warm, physically active environment with industrial equipment.
