Job Summary The Laundry Attendant is a vital part of our housekeeping team, responsible for providing clean, pressed, and fresh linens and garments for our guests. This position ensures that all laundry processes are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The Laundry Attendant is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sort and fold linens, towels, and uniforms according to established procedures. Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect linens and garments for stains, tears, or damage, and treat or report as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Keep track of inventory levels for laundry supplies and report to the supervisor when reordering is needed. Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of laundry services. Deliver clean linens and garments to appropriate storage areas or guest rooms as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Performs all other job duties as assigned.
