Nexus of Cahokia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry professional. As a vital member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility's laundry equipment and supplies. Responsibilities:
Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, clothing, and other textiles according to established procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, including equipment and storage rooms Ensure proper functioning of laundry equipment and report any malfunctions to maintenance staff Manage laundry supplies and inventory, ordering and restocking as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient laundry operations Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including recording and tracking laundry activities
