In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling laundry operations, maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, and supporting the overall hygiene standards of our facility. Duties Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special items requiring specialized treatment Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sinks, workstations, and storage spaces, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low Follow proper procedures for stain removal and fabric care to uphold quality standards Support hotel housekeeping staff by providing clean linens promptly and efficiently to meet guest needs Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality control Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with safety procedures related to laundry equipment operation is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction!
