Laundry Attendant

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our dedicated hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and freshness of our linens, towels, and guest laundry items. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will help ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and spotless stay. Operate laundry machines efficiently to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing with care. Sort laundry items based on type and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces. Inspect items for stains or damage; perform or coordinate dry cleaning when necessary. Follow safety procedures and use proper handling techniques for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Keep accurate records of laundry loads processed and supplies used. Assist with inventory management of linens and cleaning supplies to ensure availability. Previous experience with laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of laundry equipment operation, including washing machines and dryers. Familiarity with cleaning techniques such as stain removal and dry cleaning processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
