Duties Operate laundry machines efficiently, ensuring all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned to the highest standards Manage the front counter by greeting guests warmly, checking in their laundry items, and providing excellent customer service Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and front desk workspace Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions to enhance their overall experience Perform basic math calculations for billing and pricing purposes Support cleaning duties around the facility to uphold hygiene standards and a tidy environment Experience Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with guest service protocols Knowledge of laundry operations is a strong advantage Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently and efficiently in a busy environment Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience with cashiering or cash handling is desirable but not mandatory Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
