Duties Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special items using appropriate solvents and techniques Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies regularly Monitor inventory levels of detergents, cleaning supplies, and linen stock to ensure smooth operations Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents Assist with special requests from guests or staff for urgent laundry needs or delicate item handling Requirements Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Strong knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail to ensure all linens and garments meet cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures in a hospitality environment Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills directly contribute to guest satisfaction!
