About us Best Western Plus of Deridder is a small business in DeRidder, LA. We are professional, agile and innovative.
  • JOB SUMMARY
  • DAILY - 9 AM TO ( 1 TO 3 PM EST)
  • Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps.
Identify stained or damaged items and determine the status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard. Inspect the cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry cleaning machines and place them in clean linen carts. Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in the load. Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain traps after each load. Fold cleaned articles into designated sizes, either by hand or using a folding machine. Maintain accurate records of items laundered. ~28 to 32 hours a week, must work Saturday and Sunday. - will be cross-trained in other departments (housekeeping, front desk). - Bonus Structure after 3 months of employment.
