Breakfast Attendant/Laundry Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is well-maintained and that guests have a pleasant dining experience. You will play a crucial part in the overall satisfaction of our guests by providing excellent food service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure all food is handled properly. Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the breakfast offerings, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when needed. Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for managing guest reservations or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of breakfast items. Assist in banquet setups as required, ensuring all dietary needs are met. Perform basic culinary tasks as needed, including using knives safely for food preparation. Experience Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Experience with bussing and maintaining dining areas is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
