Also cleans the work area and performs any related tasks as assigned or instructed Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions

• Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, cleans and keeps areas in a neat, orderly and safe manner. Stacks linens by folding items.
• Maximizes laundry production by monitoring workload requirements, equipment capacity, and operator availability.
• Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts
• Checks stock and notifies Supervisor of supply needs Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience laundry/housekeeping experience 0-1 year preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of laundry procedures required.
• Possess the ability to work in a self-supervised capacity on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
