In this important role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and helping complete wash dry fold orders for our drop-off and pickup/delivery customers. Even though we are a small shop, customers come from many towns over because we are friendly and clean. Our mission is to serve our community with gladness and positivity. Currently, we are looking for someone to work late evenings when there are fewer customers so that we can efficiently work through our wash/dry/fold orders. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with laundry needs, and answer questions about services offered Operate and monitor laundry machines, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including tidying up work areas, folding laundry, and sanitizing equipment Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change with basic math skills Manage inventory of supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning products Wash / Dry / Fold for drop-off and pickup & delivery customers (full process from detailing, washing, drying, folding neatly, and packaging) Qualifications Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, or hotel environments preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of laundry operations or dry cleaning processes is a plus Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing English speaker (English as a second language okay!) Reliable with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in the late evenings Join us in creating a clean, welcoming space where community members can enjoy reliable laundry services!
