Job Description
Goddard & Hall Senior Living, Inc. is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and professional Overnight Front Desk Assistant to help keep our residents safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and making a meaningful difference in a senior living community. Worcester, MA Overnight Shift | 36
Hours Weekly What You'll Do:
- Answer phones, doorbells, and emergency call lights
- Complete hourly building rounds and resident safety checks
- Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion
- Assist with internal laundry and linen cleaning
- Help in the dining room as needed
- Maintain overnight communication logs and report concerns appropriately
- Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies or urgent situations
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Experience with seniors or caregiving environments preferred
