Overview Join our dedicated team as a Laundry Aide, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for managing laundry operations, ensuring that linens, uniforms, and other textiles are cleaned efficiently and to the highest standards. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help maintain the smooth flow of daily laundry services, contributing to an exceptional experience for residents, guests, or staff. Duties Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and specialty cleaning equipment to process linens, clothing, and other textiles Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling Perform routine cleaning of laundry areas and equipment to uphold safety and hygiene standards Handle dry cleaning processes when necessary, following specific instructions for delicate or specialized items Assist with folding, organizing, and distributing clean laundry to designated areas or departments Maintain accurate records of laundry cycles, loads processed, and supplies used Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals and cleaning agents Skills Experience with laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and sorting textiles Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met consistently Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly contribute to a clean, comfortable environment.
