Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Laundry Attendant to join our production team. In this role, you will help ensure that all linens—including tablecloths, napkins, and hotel‑grade items—are cleaned, finished, and packaged to the highest quality standards. Your work directly contributes to the client experience and the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and package table linens, napkins, sheets, and towels Assist with preparing linens for packaging and staging orders for dispatch Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining production pace Inspect linens for stains, tears, or defects and report issues to the supervisor Maintain accurate inventory of clean linens and supplies Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of soiled linens Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris throughout the shift Restock detergents, chemicals, and production supplies as needed Support end‑of‑day cleanup and preparation for the next production day Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational protocols Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation and consistent on‑time attendance Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience in hotel, commercial laundry, or housekeeping environments Familiarity with laundering techniques and fabric care Ability to operate commercial washers, dryers, and ironing equipment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and willingness to learn Why Join Pinnacle Linens Supportive, team‑oriented work environment Growth potential within production and operations Consistent daytime schedule with weekends off
