Job Summary:
Collects, washes, mends, and distributes linens and uniforms.Job Description:
Collects, sorts, washes, dries, and folds linens and uniforms. Adheres to infection control guidelines when handling soiled items. Performs daily inventory to ensure clean linens and uniforms are accurately stocked and distributed. Identifies stock shortages and notifies management. Mends or disposes of damaged linens and uniforms according to departmental policies. Operates all laundry equipment according to operating instructions and departmental policies. Maintains work area and in clean and safe condition.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
