Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and specialty cleaning equipment efficiently and safely Fold and bag laundry with attention to detail Learn and operate our point-of-sale system Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning Follow proper handling procedures for laundry chemicals and cleaning agents to ensure safety and compliance Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when restocking is needed Support overall hotel cleaning efforts by maintaining high standards of hygiene in laundry storage areas Skills Excellent attention to detail Good physical stamina for standing long periods, lifting heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to work effectively within a team Shifts Shifts are generally 8 hours or more (10AM-6PM or 12PM-8PM) At least one weekend day is required Overnight shifts available for the right candidates Work with us and be immersed in the community of the Windham!
