Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to process linens, towels, and guest clothing according to hotel standards. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items with precision and care. Ensure all laundry is cleaned to meet hygiene and quality standards, including handling delicate items with special care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery. Assist with special cleaning requests such as dry cleaning or stain removal when necessary. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of fresh linens and guest laundry services. Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, ironing, and stain removal. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy laundry loads safely.
