Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines to process linens and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing laundry areas to uphold hygiene standards Handle special cleaning requests like dry cleaning or stain removal with attention to detail Maintain accurate records of laundry loads, cycle times, and equipment maintenance needs Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies of detergents, cleaning agents, and linen stock levels Follow safety procedures and proper handling protocols for chemicals and laundry machinery Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, stain removal, and dry cleaning processes Strong understanding of cleaning standards and hygiene protocols in hospitality environments Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as needed Join us as a Laundry Attendant where your dedication ensures our guests experience the comfort they deserve!
