$15hr Aspire Senior Living of Jonesburg, a skilled nursing facility located in Jonesburg, MO, is dedicated to being a premier resident-focused care provider through delivery of the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items, including linens, towels, and residents' personal clothing Operate washing and drying machines according to manufacturer's instructions Inspect laundry for stains, damage, and repairs, notifying management when needed Ensure that all laundry items are properly stored and available as needed Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and equipment Follow health and safety guidelines, including infection control policies Work collaboratively with other staff to support residents' comfort and well-being
Requirements:
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, especially in healthcare or long-term care settings Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and quality standards Physical ability to lift, push, and pull laundry loads Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring attitude toward residents If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
