Job Description

Montauk Lodge, LLC Montauk Lodge in the spectacular setting of Montauk State Park is one of the state's most popular locations to fish for rainbow trout. Montauk Lodge offers quaint cabins for lodging guests, resort style guest rooms, retail gift sales, restaurant dining, and wonderful trails to walk. Lodging Summary of Position:
Provide prompt and courteous, friendly and professional laundry service to guests in accordance with Company Quality Standards.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all laundry room equipment and linens Supply an adequate amount of linens for Housekeepers to properly complete duties Ensure efficient and proper operation of laundry equipment Identify and report any linens or clothing not belonging to the Company Keep laundry area organized and clean Handle and store all cleaning agents according to set regulations Strip bedding from hotel rooms and cabins Alert management and Maintenance personnel of problems and issues concerning the upkeep of the hotel Clean and organize work area for following day Train and assist new employees with techniques and procedures Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned
Position Requirements:
Attention to detail Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling Must be organized, accurate and reliable Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
