Duties Operate dry cleaning machines safely and efficiently to process garments and textiles according to specified procedures Handle laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing items Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their garment needs and answering questions professionally Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately during customer transactions Perform basic math calculations for billing, pricing, or inventory purposes Conduct quality checks on finished items to ensure they meet company standards before returning to customers Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable, offering familiarity with guest service standards Prior work in dry cleaning or laundry services will be considered an asset for understanding industry-specific processes Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Experience with cleaning tasks or general maintenance is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-quality garment care while providing outstanding service.
