Commercial Laundry Equipment Service Technician

Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and related equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new laundry equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and operation according to manufacturer specifications. Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections to maximize equipment lifespan and performance. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues within laundry appliances to identify root causes of malfunctions. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to facilitate accurate repairs and installations. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, repair timelines, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate service records, parts inventories, and detailed reports of all work performed in compliance with company standards. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair or equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals confidently. Electrical experience related to appliance repair or HVAC systems is highly desirable. Prior experience working in field service environments is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to assemble, install, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment efficiently. Valid driver's license; comfortable operating a box truck or similar vehicle. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
