Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring cleanliness and organization within the facility. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic. This position is scheduled for Wednesday- Sunday, 3:30pm - 11:00pm. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly and courteously. Assist customers with their laundry, use of machines, and laundry card Keep floors swept and and mopped, pick up and take out trash as needed. Polish dryers with alcohol to remove fingerprints. Keep washer tops wiped off and soap dispensers cleaned out. Keep lint removed from dryer filters. Check restrooms periodically through out shift and keep clean as needed. Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Janitorial or professional cleaning experience Ability to work effectively in a sometimes fast-paced, sometimes slow paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
