Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and specialty equipment with precision and care Sort, load, and unload laundry items efficiently, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics and special materials Perform cleaning tasks including stain removal, folding, ironing, and packaging of linens and garments Manage dry cleaning processes when applicable, ensuring items are cleaned according to manufacturer specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing Skills Proven experience with laundry processes, including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and familiarity with dry cleaning procedures Ability to operate commercial laundry machinery safely and effectively Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service standards Excellent attention to detail to ensure all items meet quality standards Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving heavy loads throughout shifts Clear communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Join us in delivering top-tier laundry services that enhance guest experiences!
