In this vital role, you'll be the friendly face ensuring all laundry services are performed efficiently, machines are maintained, and the environment remains spotless. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming space for all patrons while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Duties Operate and monitor laundry machines, including washers and dryers, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed Assist customers with their laundry needs, providing friendly and helpful service to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing equipment regularly Perform routine inspections of machines and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Support managing drop-off/pick-up customers following proper procedures Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional customer service Familiarity with cleaning routines, including use of cleaning supplies and equipment, is preferred Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and transaction processing Experience with dry cleaning or laundry operations will be considered an asset Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating a clean, friendly space where customers feel valued!
