Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Laundromat Attendants to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs in a courteous manner Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding stations Ensure the cleanliness of the laundromat by regularly cleaning machines, floors, and work areas Handle cash transactions accurately using cashiering and cash handling skills Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly Assist customers with instructions on machine use or troubleshooting common problems Maintain inventory of supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning materials Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and uphold hygiene standards Knowledge of laundry processes, dry cleaning, or related services is a plus Reliable with good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch laundry services with a smile!
