Responsibilities Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment according to established procedures. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and garments as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment. Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to specific care instructions for various fabrics. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to meet laundry demands for guest rooms and public areas. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling chemicals and operating machinery. Experience Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in laundry operations is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
