Laundry Attendant

This is a Laundry position with light cleaning requirements in a small senior community. This position requires standing and bending, also lifting bags of clothing. Some of the day to day duties are listed: Retrieve laundry from clients room, prepare items for the washing/drying process check items for loose threads, separating seams, missing buttons, and holes or tears Pre-treat stains Iron fold/hang items according to clients request deliver all items by the end of the work week(Thursday) Clean laundry area and some common areas daily/weekly. Candidate should be comfortable working with and around seniors, religious groups, and male clients, Friendly, caring personality desired. Background in housekeeping, hotel services, caregiver, or laundry aide helpful.
