Laundry Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring exceptional service for both wash-and-fold and self-service customers, and performing key cleaning and organizational tasks. Your efforts will contribute directly to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Clean and launder various types of fabrics, including linens, towels, and uniforms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Operate washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store clean laundry items according to established procedures. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed for specific orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Assist customers as needed. Able to perform clean up tasks for end of shift before closing the store for the day. Experience Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Customer experience. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus. Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous. Janitorial experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
