Rustic Resort Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented person to be our Laundry Manager. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in laundry operations, garment stain removal/care and sewing abilities. Duties:

• Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying (including hanging items on clothesline), folding & ironing tablecloths, napkins, towels, sheets & other linens.
• Sort & separate items based on fabric type, color & care instructions.
• Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, manglers & other equipment.
• Inspect garments for stains, damages or repairs needed.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure the longevity of linens.
• Maintain cleanliness & organization in the laundry area.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies & linens.
• Knowledge of sewing machine use & ability to repair certain linens.
• Collaborate with Laundry & other staff to ensure timely completion of laundry tasks.
• Regularly clean & maintain laundry equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Report any malfunctions or equipment issues to the maintenance department.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
