Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs, ensuring a friendly and helpful atmosphere Operate and monitor laundry machines, including washers and dryers, to ensure proper functioning and safety Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat by sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and managing waste disposal Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills; process payments efficiently Provide information on machine usage, pricing, and services offered to enhance customer satisfaction Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Restock supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning products as needed Complete Pick up and drop off laundry orders Qualifications Knowledge of laundry operations is a strong plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently and efficiently while maintaining safety standards Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to keep the laundromat tidy and operational Join us in delivering outstanding service in a lively setting where your efforts directly contribute to a clean, welcoming space.
