Laundry&Linen Aide

Job Details The Laundry and Linen Aide is responsible for collecting, laundering, sorting, folding and returning resident personal clothing to the appropriate closets; emptying and filling of the linen truck; weighing and recording linens; bringing cages in and out as needed; picking up re-wash; assisting with new incoming linens (emptying boxes) and assisting supervisor with other assigned duties.

Requirements:

High school diploma , equivalent or relative experience Knowledge of laundry procedures Experience in long term laundry facilities preferred. Must be able to push heavy weights. Must be able to follow written and verbal directions with basic literacy in English. Posted Salary Range USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
