Job Description
Laundromat Attendant - Job Summary As a Laundromat Attendant at Super Laundry Express, you'll assist self-service customers with washers, dryers, coin machines, and vending machines. You'll also handle wash-dry-fold orders for drop-off laundry customers, following established procedures. A key part of your role will be maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities and Duties Receive and enter drop-off orders into the computer system Pick-up and cash out completed drop-off orders Sort laundry by color and fabric type before washing Wash, dry, fold, and neatly package drop-off laundry according to company standards Operate washers and dryers safely, ensuring correct load sizes and temperature settings Keep the store clean and organized by wiping down machines, countertops, and soap dispensers Empty trash regularly and ensure floors are dry and free of debris Clean and restock restrooms to maintain hygiene and customer satisfaction Assist customers with using machines, vending equipment, and coin changers Clean lint screens and filters regularly to maintain dryer efficiency Report any machine issues or malfunctions promptly to management Issue refunds when appropriate and provide friendly, professional service Restock detergent and dryer sheet vending machines; monitor and report inventory levels Perform additional duties as requested by management Qualifications and Skills No prior experience - we'll train the right person! High school diploma or equivalent Reliable and punctual with attention to detail Friendly attitude and strong communication skills Ability to stand on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs.
