Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Laundromat Attendant who will responsibly provide exceptional customer service and work continually to keep the facility extraordinarily clean, all as part of a cohesive team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner, while helpfully answering questions and anticipating needs Assist self-serve customers in using the facilities, primarily washers, dryers and laundry card kiosks. Quickly resolve equipment operation issues as they arise Always maintain facility cleanliness. Continually and consistently clean floors, laundry equipment, tables, counters, carts, etc. following checklists and standard procedures. Handle a variety of transactions using a point-of-sale system while also maintaining accurate written records Collaborate and coordinate activities with fellow team members to ensure efficient operations Keep Owasso Express Laundry Clean, Safe, Easy, Fast . Those are our founding principles

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

Good, clear oral communication; polite even in difficult circumstances Functional reading and writing Good math skills Basic computer skills Professional appearance Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly Ability to grab, lift, carry, and move bulky objects.

Important Note:

Smoking, vaping or anything that could create a lingering odor is not allowed at any time during a work shift. We never want an unwelcome odor to be near our customer's clean laundry!
