We are looking for caring compassionate individuals to join our team. Starts at $20.00 an hour: As a Laundry Aide, you will assist in all aspects of laundering resident clothing and facility linens.: You will: Fold and distribute clean linens. Clean dryer lint screens Inspect mechanical lift slings and sling straps for fraying and wear Keep residents' closet/drawers orderly Minimize infections by following aseptic techniques, including blood-borne pathogens. Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees. Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
You Currently:
Have excellent customer service skills. Read, write, speak and understand English. Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
