Job Description
Essential Job Duties Sorting linens, towels, top of bed and other laundry items by color, size, and material Packing laundry items Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization protocols Drying items with commercial laundry equipment following proper load limit protocols. Cleaning and maintaining laundry room area and equipment. Unloading laundry from commercial dryers Stocking laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, laundry bags and fabric softener Requirements Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and squat while inspecting properties and performing repairs Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Manual dexterity to safely use tools and equipment Ability to navigate stairs, uneven terrain, and varied property layouts Ability to climb ladders and access areas such as attics, roofs, and high shelving Visual ability to assess cleanliness, maintenance issues, and inventory levels Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions At Oregon Beach Vacations , we're proud to be an industry leader in vacation home rental management, offering an established and growing collection of beautiful vacation homes along the Oregon Coast.
